The basic rules are that everyone can submit one boy and one girl name. The only guideline is that I don't particularly like names that could easily be for a boy or girl. If it's a name that is traditionally one or the other, I am fine with it as long as it is used the traditional way. The "official" deadline for name submissions keeps getting pushed back...so just get your names in as soon as you can. Once the baby comes or we make up our minds, it's too late. We're thinking there will be a prize for whoever submits the boy and girl names that we settle on. The prize has also not yet been determined; but have no fear, there will be one.
With all of that being said, here are the names that have been submitted so far:
Girl Names:
- Zoe Belle - from Lisa Pinder
- Nora (or Norah) - from Erika Albin
- Calista - from Amy Ramsey

- Robin Elaine; Roberta Earlene; Cocoa Koeteman (Or, Coco Koetman, possibly Koko Krisp Koeteman. You may want to avoid the initials “KKK”!); Kassidy Quinn Koeteman (Has a nice ring to it. Kind of poetic. That name would be easy to write a song for. The name could also be Kassidy Kwinn Koeteman, another bad “KKK” option) - from Rob Stetson
- Madeline or Ana - from Nick
Boy Names:
- Blake - from Lisa Pinder
- Brody (or Brodie) - from Erika Albin
- Nathan Finnegan - from Amy Ramsey

- Robert Elk; Robert Stetson (Using the mother’s maiden name as the middle name is a tradition in the Stetson family. Mathew Stetson Nyert, Donald Steele Stetson, Cole Stetson Fahey (maybe)); Robin Ethan; Ethan Allen; Fletcher Thomas; Harvey Fletcher; Koko; Cody; Eugene Oregon - from Rob Stetson
- Thaddeus - from Nick

Good luck picking your baby's name!! It's tough but we know you guys will do a great job! We love you!
I'm glad you have a baby blog! I just want to clarify that with my submission of Zoe Belle, "Belle" is the middle name. Zoe is the first name submission.
Tessa's vote:
Eden, Maggie, Ellie, or Abigail for a girl.
Isaac, Simon, Cooper Koeteman, Andrew (call him drew)for a boy. Even Clark Koeteman is a good name.
I hope that you are feeling good. Check your calendars and maybe you all could come visit in the next month before the baby gets here.
Much Love,
Tessa
